It was a warm summer evening in the small town of Griffinhallow, and the sky was painted in a beautiful shade of orange as the sun set behind the hills. But as the night approached, a strange silence took over the town, as if everyone had suddenly vanished into thin air. All that remained were the flickering street lamps, casting eerie shadows on the empty roads. Jenny was one of the few brave souls who dared to venture out into the night. She was a young psychology student, always on the lookout for new material for her studies. But on this particular evening, she found herself drawn to the old, abandoned mental asylum that stood on the outskirts of town. As she approached the entrance, Jenny couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. The windows were shattered, and the door hung off its hinges, creaking in the wind.
